Completion of purchase: By clicking on the “Buy now” button on the website you place a final order for the items in your shopping basket. We will then confirm receipt of your order by email, and a contract is established. The goods you have ordered will be shipped as soon as we receive payment of the total purchase price plus any shipping costs. You are kindly requested to transfer the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation (if you didn’t pay directly when ordering), within 7 days at the latest. If the garment you have chosen is in stock, your order will be delivered as soon as possible after we receive payment. In the event that the goods you ordered are not available, we will refund any payment made immediately. We are only obliged to deliver goods from our own stock.

Delivery and shipping costs: Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are unable to provide tracking information. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transport. Please check your billing and shipping addresses when placing an order as we are unable to redirect parcels. Standard shipping does not include insurance. We cannot describe a parcel as a “gift” or alter the declared value of a parcel; this is illegal. International orders usually arrive within 7-14 days, but can take up to 3 weeks. The price quoted in the offer at the time of ordering is the price you pay, and is final. This means that it includes VAT at the current statutory rate, delivery charges and any other taxes payable by the buyer. Customs and import duties may also apply, depending on the country; these are payable by the buyer.

Payment: We currently offer two payment methods: advance bank transfer and credit card. You are responsible for any charges incurred when paying by bank transfer. You agree to receive invoices electronically (by email).

Credit: Where goods are returned in accordance with the above conditions, credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or digital promotion code, after the goods are received. Please ensure that any garments you return have not been worn and are in good condition, otherwise additional charges may apply. If you wish to exchange an item, you may place a new order for a replacement garment in accordance with our usual conditions of sale. If any item you receive is damaged or defective, please email quoting your order number and including a photograph of the garment, and we will take care of the problem. We do our best to recycle and reuse clothing boxes, so please retain the original packaging for your goods and use it for any items you return.

Liability: The legal warranty for defective products applies. In the event of any reported defects found in purchased items, “So” expressly reserves the right to deliver a replacement item to the buyer that is free of defects, depending on availability of stock. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be given (see “Credit” above).

Sales/special offers: Items purchased at discounted prices in sales or special offers cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will also be clearly described as discounted at the time of sale.
